Steady Support Agreement
What Steady Support Is
Steady Support provides ongoing access to divorce coaching through text and voice messaging for those moments when you need guidance, encouragement, clarity, or a sounding board throughout your divorce journey.
I am here as a thinking partner, sounding board, and source of support as you navigate the emotions, decisions, communication, co-parenting, and logistics that may come with divorce.
You should take an active role in the coaching process by being absolutely honest with your coach and yourself. That includes communicating whatever you may need to be fully satisfied with our coaching relationship.
What's Included
Your Steady Support plan includes:
Up to 6 coaching conversations/check-ins per month via text or voice message
Monthly live group coaching + Q&A
Weekly coaching prompts
Rebuilding After Divorce digital workbook
Communication & Response Time
Messages may be sent at any time; however, Steady Support does not provide 24/7 or emergency support. Messages will generally receive a response within one business day, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
A coaching conversation/check-in refers to an exchange regarding one primary topic, situation, question, or concern. Multiple messages sent as part of the same topic will generally be considered one conversation rather than individual check-ins.
Investment & Billing
Steady Support is $197 per month and is billed automatically each month using the payment method provided at enrollment. Your subscription will continue month-to-month until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to prevent the following month's charge. Payments already processed are non-refundable, and unused coaching conversations do not roll over to future months. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Steady Support through the end of your current paid billing period.
Emergencies
Steady Support is not an emergency or crisis service and should not be used when immediate assistance is needed. Please call 911 for emergencies.
Confidentiality
Your identity and any other information revealed between us in coaching sessions is confidential and cannot be released without your consent unless required by court. While reasonable measures are taken to protect your privacy, electronic communications such as text and email cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. By participating in Steady Support, you consent to communicating through these methods.
